Pros

It is really hard for me to think of anything good at the company right now.

Cons

The company has changed considerably over the last 2 years. A large number of the leadership of senior leadership are planning an exit strategy because new leadership in the UK is not happy with the US performance.

Pros

They find great people to work there. I really liked my co workers. There was plenty of training, salary was generous.

Cons

Middle management is a complete disaster. They are way to quick to criticize, but never willing to help. These middle managers built their careers on the back of others. When the company upgraded software, they pushed my team to the limit to find the issues with the new software and address them. We are structural engineers, not software people. They company has severe issues overseas. A hostile takeover nearly took place a few months ago. A ton of people got let go in the DC office because the company was invested in government work.
