Pros
Benefits & the co workers (most of them) the pay was ok and they did give free lunch once a month and a training program that if chosen you can travel to another site
Cons
management is horrible and treats you like your 5 years old and makes you feel incompetent. Nothing is ever good enough for the company in a whole, you could work until your hands bleed, but they would punish you for making a mistake. They have no issues dwelling on the negative and putting everyone down and they have their priorities so out of line its crazy. They work with the military, but most homes look worse then alot of section 8 homes! Asst. Managers dont know their place and treat you like their personal maids.
