      Pros: nice office, some of the staff are good people, good benefits

      Cons

      Cons: unable to retain employees, constant turn & burn with hiring and firing people (fired employees who'd been there for 20 years just to cut budgets), sketchy leadership, heavy workload not enough pay, poor management, low company growth and opportunities to move up
