There are absolutely no pros with the system they have in place.

Cons

Back stabbers at this business the higher title you have the more rules you break. This place is at Vandenberg Air Force Base and it’s the worst place I’ve ever worked at. Unless you were a friend of one of the managers forget about it. They find someone they were on fire and they stay right after until they get him fired with the help of the higher ups.
