Great People...Dicey Workload for Entry Level

- most managers were willing to teach and share different aspects of a job - everyone had fairly high, yet reasonable, work expectations

Cons

- workload per individual felt inconsistent. some times you would have a heavy workload on multiple projects and then upper management would reassign job sites and you'd have a really light workload on a single project. - you'd be lucky to get 2-3 weeks notice before switching job sites and typically got little warning it was even a possibility
