Business Outlook
Pros
Multinational company with good financial security due to large portfolio of business acquisitions and property. Currently coming out of a difficult period with a different and hopefully better outlook for the future.
Cons
Recent times has seen constant change within BB. Management has changed, internal systems have amalgamated, poor results and poor choice of work load. Lots of uncertainty, lots of cost savings and a drop in moral recently. Very little opportunity for development recently due to the circumstances within the company.
