Excellent Health & Safety record and ethos. Good employees engagement and training. Innovative and forward thinking. Well respected in the marketplace.

Cons

Have bad publicity due to anti-union and blacklisting accusations. Divisions do not collaborate well together unless pushed into it and internal customer service could be better.
