We have implemented cascading goals for every team member, tying what they do to a major company objective or measure of business health (search goals in Slite, and it should come up), and we're working right now on planning and budgets for 2025, but it is potentially the case that your leaders' budget rolls into their Executive's ownership and they have limited visibility - not sure! Furthermore, we review our total rewards benchmarks reguarly to ensure we're aligned to both market and industry standards. We suggest you use the upcoming eNPS survey to share specific ideas and recommendations to your leaders, and even better if you connect it to ways you believe our values could be lived authentically!
