Reps will always let you know the truth about devices, including old ones and updates Co-workers are the best

Had some issues with commission before (rarely) Wish we hear more from owner

They're are absolutely no Pros to working here.

Cons

Ran by a bunch of money and power hungry snobs. All they care about is making money and not the employees. They state, " Our employees and customers are our primary focus but that is definitely not the case. Can not stand management here as you recieve a write up for every little thing you do. Then without consulting employees they change the pay plan on everyone. Now it's harder to make comission but they claim it will make more money. That is only if you reach they're stupid outrageous goals. Will never work here again

Pay plans are designed to reward employees for performance with commissions, bonus's, tenure and production incentives. All levels of the organization are paid on the same model and therefore there is consistency and clarity in how we train, instruct, and coach our teams. We continuously strive for employee feedback and had over 84% participation in our 2019 annual employee survey which resulted in great feedback and suggestions. Our 2020 annual goals were determined using feedback direct from our employee family. Thank you.
