Cons

Management and HR are only there to line their pockets. They will protect each other even if what they are doing is awful and they know it

Pros

Potential to make decent money so long as you don't mind shoving products and scamming customers.

Cons

Horrible work culture, don't care about employes, almost impossible to hit sales goals of which they keep raising the bar, takes months before you see a commission check, terrible management that has no idea what they are doing.

Thank you for your honest review. Yes, a work culture is definitely not desirable when a leader is not leading and/or a change in leadership happens. In Marshalltown, leadership has changed and we are excited for a healthy, refreshed, positive energy in this store. Our Sales Process, is about asking questions and recommending solutions. Never is it selling a customer products they do not want. Sales goals are set in alliance with goals and production across the company. Goals are set to be challenging but attainable. In August, we changed our new hire commission process which allows for commissions to be earned immediately after the new hire training period if the minimum expectations are met. This has sped up the first check of paid commissions and has been well received across the company. Thank you.
