Thank you for your comments. Our pay plans are something we consistently review and analyze. Year over year our Sales Partners earnings are rising and coaching tools are available to help our team grow their commissions and pay check each month. BeMobile is proud to have introduced several new benefits this year including an Employee Assistance Program, Employer paid Term Life and Student Loan 401K program. In addition, Vision insurance has expended in availability for all full time new hires. We continue to research benefits and cost structures annually to be competitive in the market and our industry. Our benefits are available to all full time employees equally regardless of position.

Pros

Owner is a great guy, alot of awesome people work here. Benifits are descent besides vacation which is terrible. Growing and opportunity to be promoted if your willing to relocate.

Cons

You also have a lot of idiots that work here as well and only care about their own well being. Upper management starting at the DL level are not good people. To become a DL you have to know someone vs have the qualifications for it. Also pay as a store leader is quite bad for the work you do. Unless your a very large store, don't plan on making over 45k. Your better off being a rep instead so you don't have to deal with all the extra crap and the million calls this company thinks it needs to have and waste your time repeating everything weekly. Vacation policy is terrible and the clothing policy is stupid for men(only can wear long sleeves year round) while women get a choice in short sleeve shirts. Also HR will not accomadate you pretty much in any way if it costs the company money or of its actual work they have to do so your better off just keeping your mouth shut so you don't get fired. The FIT department/fix your issues department is a joke and can take weeks or even months to fix anything even if it can be pressing.

Thank you for your review. BeMobile does believe in the processes that are in place for hiring consistency (using our core values), department processes that do work well and holding people accountable at every level of the organization.

Do NOT care about employees.

Pros

Opportunity to gain people skills working one-on-one with customers in a retail environment. It's a paycheck if you can't find anything else.

Cons

- Low pay that gets lower as you work. Hit your targets one month, they'll raise the targets. Miss the targets, they'll raise them yet again. They're all about setting unattainable numbers so they don't have to pay as much commission and get to keep more for themselves. They actually have a target for managers to keep commissions low. - Managers are bullies. They're such a juvenile company they believe fear creates results. - Half-truths. They're masters of disguise. They spend a lot of time analyzing how to communicate the things they're taking away from employees and spinning it to sound like it's a good thing. - Your life is of no concern to them. They make a month long schedule the week before it starts. You can't make plans, because you don't know when you'll have to work. - Very high turnover. The talented employees are smart enough to catch on and leave. The stupid ones are their favorite. Too many opportunities to work for better companies out there. Don't put yourself through the pain.
