Pros

The people! Customers and coworkers alike from bottom to top have genuinely had a positive impact on myself and my family. The values of the company are its strong foundation as we all strive together towards the vision. In just under 5 years I've grown from sales partner to district leader with great mentors and support. The plans for growth will no doubt provide opportunities for many so come BeSuccessful, BeFamily with BeMobile.

Cons

The demands of a leadership role can at times make it difficult to manage ones work/life balance.

Thank you for the review. Yes, leadership is very rewarding. And it is very hard work that needs to be sustained for those who report to you. This can be demanding and requires your time. The ultimate goal is to continue to empower and coach employees to make great decisions and thus allow you to find a balance in both your personal and work life. Growth, Stability, and Opportunity Available

Pros

+Consistent opportunity to move into higher positions or different locations. +Competitive pay for exceptional performance, moderate pay for trying. +Operate on a set of values to uphold at every level of the company. +Clear expectations and guidance at all levels. +Reasonably flexible with scheduling. +Always able to stay busy.

Cons

-Income is centered strictly on performance with no variance for industry knowledge, aptitude, or employment history with the company. -Seniority/dedication performance bonuses do not start until 2 years after you reach a management position and the time invested in the lower levels is unaccounted for. -Has a pretty lengthy learning curve to understand all facets of business and how to make the most of each situation. -Staff living and working in the same city can have wildly different annual incomes simply by lucking out in which location they end up getting hired in. -Some promotion opportunities do not necessarily guarantee you a higher income and make you feel stuck at the bottom if you are doing well. -Make-or-Break commission scale, could be more lenient on certain circumstances.

Pros

Brand new Corp office and state of the art equiptment you get to use

Cons

They are not consistent with the merit reviews, it's all about performance numbers and sales. Benefits are okay, but could definitely improve to help employees stay. Sometimes it seems if you're not in leadership your thoughts and ability to grow are none existent.

Thank you for your review and the advice offered. Each year we review benefits. This year we brought in vision insurance options and changed PTO and added Maternity/Paternity leave programs. This was a big undertaking from feedback that was received in an employee focus group. We are again, also in the process of finding more cost effective health insurance options for our employees - this is a constant challenge with the rising health care costs. Leadership is available for all employees. Sales Partner have the ability to move to Store Leader rolls if they qualify and have the skills sets required. However, this may not be in the same store they work now, so Leadership may require a relocation. This is due to having a lot of stores in rural markets. All our Leadership positions are always posted internally and externally. We do love when we are able to promote from within. Thank you.
