Pros

Nothing. The PTO payout and paid paternity leave is the best part about this company.

Cons

They follow EOS but the biggest problem is that they don’t have the right people in the right places. One of the biggest issues with this company is retention of good employees. They advertise a flashy $17 an hour average but that’s unrealistic in most markets. They treat they employees like numbers and not people. You are mandated to do conference calls on your days off. You will not get a work life balance and will hate the company you work for. The customers are the best part but corporate needs to pull their head out of their you know what. They sit in their fancy corporate office and demand unrealistic expectations for minimal pay. Do yourself a favor and apply at a company you can actually grow with and don’t waste your time with BeMobile. If you want the real story sort out the reviews that are down by current employees. It’s all upper level management trying to paint a picture that’s not there.

Thank you for your review and feedback. At BeMobile we do advertise our average compensation per hour across the company for all relative positions, that advertisement is backed up by true earnings and wages. Since January of 2017 our Minnesota based Sales Partners average earnings have come in at $17.63/hr ($37K annually) when you factor in hourly pay, bonuses, vacation time, and holiday pay. All Sales Partners in the company have uncapped opportunity, the top earner in 2017 averaged over $25/hr. It is certainly true that customer service is critical to our business for our customers and employees. Feedback from employees is reviewed regularly and several programs have been implemented due to that feedback. Thank you.

Retail Sales

Pros

If you are willing to do what it takes to make sales, earnings opportunity is unlimited. There is no cap on commissions. Leadership has high expectations for performance, but holds themselves responsible to the same expectations. They have a desire to support employees and help them develop during their tenure with the company. Clear vision and core values. You definitely know where the company is trying to go.

Cons

Lots of different kinds of interactions in a day. Sometimes you are empathizing with a upset customer, sometimes you are selling a creative solution, sometimes you are reaching out to customers and attempting to set appointments.

Thank you - yes, a day on our retail sales floor is rarely the same. It is challenging, and exciting. It is also, at times, hard and also rewarding to help customers find solutions, learn technology or connect with others in a new way. BeMobile will continue to share our purpose, core values, goals and vision for the company to all employees.
