Pros

The people! Customers and coworkers alike from bottom to top have genuinely had a positive impact on myself and my family. The values of the company are its strong foundation as we all strive together towards the vision. In just under 5 years I've grown from sales partner to district leader with great mentors and support. The plans for growth will no doubt provide opportunities for many so come BeSuccessful, BeFamily with BeMobile.

Cons

The demands of a leadership role can at times make it difficult to manage ones work/life balance.

Thank you for the review. Yes, leadership is very rewarding. And it is very hard work that needs to be sustained for those who report to you. This can be demanding and requires your time. The ultimate goal is to continue to empower and coach employees to make great decisions and thus allow you to find a balance in both your personal and work life. Thank you for the time you give BeMobile, guiding your teams.

Pros

I have never been with a company that values its people or culture more than BeMobile. I started as a store leader, and have had ample opportunities for advancement. Even when I couldn't advance, the company always put an emphasis on my growth. They have challenged me to be a better leader and person, and provided me, always, with the resources to do so. Brady is the most accessible owner I have ever been around - and he genuinely cares for each and every one of us. Our COO started as an intern, and his passion and drive to make BeMobile what it is propelled him to the highest seat. Jason has been and continues to be the most fun, challenging boss I have ever had. He wants us all to be better, and makes sure he supports us as we grow. The compensation package allows top performers to outpace their bosses at every level, and has no cap. The tier system means lateral growth is available, as well as upward growth. The people we work with have become lifelong friends. Our sense of community is so far above any other workplace, and it's really what sets us apart.

Cons

Once you hit a leadership role you are going to put in a lot of extra hours. This is retail; when fourth quarter hits, it's all hands on deck! To keep up, you will work from home, sneaking in time wherever you can. The pull to want to succeed and win will make work life balance harder than you thought. It can be done, and done well, with extra focus.

Thank you for the review. Working in retail is rewarding and is also hard work. As with any industry, there are always challenges. Teamwork, goal setting and achieving goals is an ultimate reward.

Pros

Owner is a great guy, alot of awesome people work here. Benifits are descent besides vacation which is terrible. Growing and opportunity to be promoted if your willing to relocate.

Cons

You also have a lot of idiots that work here as well and only care about their own well being. Upper management starting at the DL level are not good people. To become a DL you have to know someone vs have the qualifications for it. Also pay as a store leader is quite bad for the work you do. Unless your a very large store, don't plan on making over 45k. Your better off being a rep instead so you don't have to deal with all the extra crap and the million calls this company thinks it needs to have and waste your time repeating everything weekly. Vacation policy is terrible and the clothing policy is stupid for men(only can wear long sleeves year round) while women get a choice in short sleeve shirts. Also HR will not accomadate you pretty much in any way if it costs the company money or of its actual work they have to do so your better off just keeping your mouth shut so you don't get fired. The FIT department/fix your issues department is a joke and can take weeks or even months to fix anything even if it can be pressing.
