Everyone is off on major holidays Great vacation pay

Cons

No hours if business is slow (mostly in January thru April) No monthly Verizon discount even though you sell Verizon

Thank you for the employee review. Yes, you are correct we do manage our labor expenses in slower sales month which generally run in Q1. However, there have been big sales months in Q1 in the past but it is unpredictable. The entire Leadership structure tries hard to keep hours consistent during slower months but due to the retail industry, we can't always predict sales. The same is true when we can't always predict a short staffed store and employees are asked to work extra shifts to cover the store hours. BeMobile does have a company Phone Savings Plan that matches employee contributions to be used for purchasing phones. Verizon does have employee discount program but it is rather complicated to qualify for and has several requirement. Verizon directly manages this program for all its channels of distribution.

Pros

The process of becoming hired is professional. The training is a 4 week process of what the company is striving to accomplish. The training is detailed to where your ready to get on floor and kill it.

Cons

Understanding the new system is difficult but with the training it will accomplish by the end of the 4 weeks.

Thank you for the review and comments. Our training program is a continually being evaluated to make it more dynamic and useful for our new Sales Partners. Glad you found the training went well. We will continue to use hiring practices that help us find individuals that can serve our customers well. Training will also help facilitate the "servant leadership" we need all our employees to embrace.

Pros

Very informative ,polite, helpful, trustworthy they keep to their words. I feel they will help you with anything. As long as you do your job to there standards

Cons

felt as though they wanted me to do homework on the company history before the interview also had to go buy clothes just for the interview. But they are very nice and told me everything I needed to know.

Thank you for the review. Your comments are helpful. BeMobile's dress code is professional as a way to differentiate ourselves from other Verizon Agents. Our goal is not to make a financial burden to our employees. Although our customers are not purchasing a sports car from us, they are purchasing a cell phone which is a large investment for many. It is our stores appearance and employees appearances that need to make positive impressions and experiences.
