Pros

Positive culture Very nice management KPIs are totally achievable, every month even in slow tier 4 stores. They hire from the inside and up. So if their looking for a new manager, the first place they look is at people within the company who want to do ithat! Plenty of career growth within BeMobile.

Cons

I really wish I had something bad to say about them, but I don't.

Thank you for this nice review. BeMobile is a growing company and, one of the many, reasons for our desire to grow is to provide more opportunities for our employees to move within our organization. For leadership positions we give priority to internal applicants. As a company, if we develop teamwork and leadership in all roles and positions we build a strong "bench" to promote from within and that is exciting.

Pros

Awesome owner of the company. Although part-time, I met him multiple times. Energetic/Happy/Lively Company itself is one of the best indirect retailers Verizon has, in my opinion. Great customer service training, technological training, and sales training. Got free gadgets and stuff that we would sell from different accessory companies. Many opportunities to move up in the company.

Cons

Commission isn't great for part-timers. Unless you're able to work during peak times, don't expect much in commission. KPI structure can be hard to meet if you're a part timer since most hours working may be evenings. Low sales during certain time periods of the year, this affects commission. Working with Verizon headquarters can be frustrating at times. A lot of troubleshooting is done via phone calls to Verizon tech support. At the end of the day you're working in sales. People do come in very unhappy at times.

Thank you for the review. We appreciate your feedback. Yes, part time can be a challenge as the hours are often limited because of the employees schedule (school, other job, or hours available in the schedule) etc. That at times does cause for working hours that may be less "peak". Customer service does happen all day long and is something we strive to be the best at, even when it is challenging. Thank you again and your feedback will be shared with Leadership.

Pros

I am aware reviewing a company you currently work for might come across a bit biased... Here it is anyway - I have been with the company since 2011, I had just graduated college with a marketing degree and had no plan for the future. Upon spending 3 excruciating months not looking hard enough for a job. I walked into the the Fargo south location and applied for a 'sales partner' position - an entry level position in a store that was close to my friend's house in which i was renting out a space that could pass as a closet. My first year i made more money than i would have if i found a job that pertained to my degree. Since then I have taken on 3 separate promotions and become part of the big BeMobile family. Along the way i also finished an MBA and will be completing a second degree in a few months. #worklifebalance You have to want it and be willing to go above and beyond with customers, -put in the effort, roll your sleeves up and have a positive attitude. BeMobile is fast paced, energetic and this industry is always ever evolving so you are never going to be bored! #yougottawantit #makeitacareer #salesislife

Cons

My first thought is that if you are in sales - customers can be mean and loud sometimes. However my most faithful customers have always started out as the 'difficult' ones. We will train you so well that you will be armed to the teeth in sales skills and people skills. So don't worry!!
