Pros

There are many pros to working for this company. I would have to say that the number one pro would be the culture that has been fostered not only in the corporate office, but in the company as a whole. Everyone is very nice, understanding, and compassionate. Everyone works with such passion and has a shares a common goal of success. The feedback is also something that I very much appreciated while working for BeMobile. Not only was my immediate supervisor great at telling me where I could improves, but all of the employees that I worked with on a daily basis were always willing to help me improve on my role, and give me great ideas to pass along to the corporate team.

Cons

For me, the cons are very limited. I would say that communication between HR and some of the Hiring Managers (both in store, and at corporate) could be improved. Sometimes things get lost in the shuffle, forgotten, or in some cases email is not even answered and reminders have to be continuously sent. With that being said, communication is one of those things that the majority of organizations need to/could improve upon.

Pros

Solid company that is financially stable. Small company feel and the owner makes it to the stores and talks to sales reps. Paychecks always come on time. Good pay for those willing to put in the effort. Recent hourly pay and PTO changes were nice. Fun place to work if you are in to technology and fun to get to play with the new stuff when it comes out.

Cons

It is retail so there are some weekends and holidays. Occasionally an upset customer so sometimes you have to take a breath and let them vent but company culture let's you do what you need to try and make them happy.

Pros

No real positives here. They pay like crap and say that you need to get your sales up. When you are able to boost your sales they put you at another unattainable goal just so you fail.

Cons

Management is horrible and doesn't give two bits about their people. They claim they do but they dont. They lie about so much and encourage the sales partners to lie to customers to make a sale.

Wow. Your comments are not fun to read. BeMobile apologizes that you did not have the experience you or we wanted. There are a lot of successful Sales Partners who make a good a income. You are correct, our sales goal do change quarterly to align with Verizon goals. That said, they don't always go up. Our fullest intent is to find winning pay plans that allow for successful sales partners and to remain in good standing with Verizon. I apologize the management at your store or in the entire company failed you. It is a continued initiative and priority to develop our teams. In fact, we are just launching a brand new sales partner training program that should help all sales partners find success and coaching they seek from their leadership. Thank you for your comments. They do drive us to become better.
