Over sold under delivered

Pros

There is decent pay in the high volume stores. The stores are nice and some are clean. Many of the co-workers are friendly.

Cons

The leadership is disjointed and communication is terrible. The upper leadership makes poor decisions without objective input from the representatives on the sales floor. Playing favorites has lead to inaccurate feedback and very unhappy employees (often the best sales people are the least happy). They preach Excellent values and culture, but they are only lip service.

Your feedback is appreciated and our Leadership and Owner have read your comments. The BeMobile Values, Vision and Mission and Culture are genuine and are very important to BeMobile. We try to hold upper management to the same standards we ask all employees to work by. We recently launched our annual employee survey that allows anonymous feedback (speak freely) from all employees. With this input we do derive our annual priorities and spearhead action for change. In addition, we have invited a panel of Sales Partners to attend our annual Leadership retreat so we can get more input and ideas from our front line that can make our company even better. Thank you again.

Thank you for your feedback. Yes, our business is retail and there is definitely pressure to sell. Ultimately this pressure is to align with Verizon Wireless initiatives, find solutions for customers and to allow employees to maximize the pay plan which is based on sales. Selling is a skill that we hope to provide even better training and coaching on, but we are not perfect. We are working on this so more sales partners find selling easier.

Easy job, people are great, lots of encouragement from managers in what to do / what not to do.

Cons

Not the most flexible schedule
