Pros

Great culture, great internal communication, lots of internal growth if desired, continuous training opportunities, not stuck in a warehouse, amazing contests throughout the year

Cons

Yes, Store Leader salary is lower than some would like. However, if you are able to grow a team, you will make really good pay. With the competitive company culture you have to work hard to keep up (both a pro and con)

Pros

Semi-flexible scheduling and 401k investment - salary unreasonably lower so 401k helps make up for being underpaid

Cons

-Salary is set at a laughable amount considering other local Verizon retailers and fast food chains have a higher annual income. -Upper management/HR is flawed from the top down and only out to benefit themselves. -false sense of joining a "family" when in reality you're simply a number to them. Nothing more nothing less. -Company talks about holding people "accountable" and the only ones who find themselves being held accountable are the store leaders/sales representatives. -Piss poor training -You can go above and beyond, help cover for other locations, etc. No extra pay for doing multiple jobs/running multiple stores, however, they're more than welcome to fork over extra pay and incentives for representatives to come from other states to work at specific locations. -Quick to expand to other locations while the ones they already have acquired are drowning and refuse to help you.

Thank you for your feedback, and we do take all reviews seriously and look for ways to improve. Our compensation packages are structured to support success through performance and goal achievement. If you contributed across multiple locations without receiving proper recognition, we sincerely thank you—your efforts matter. We understand that every location has its own challenges and opportunities, and it takes teamwork across all areas of the company to achieve success. Accountability is a core value at every level of our organization, and we remain committed to using employee feedback to grow stronger—no matter the geography. Thank you.

Thank you for your review. Yes, BeMobile is excited to offer opportunities for growth with personal development resources and more exciting Learning and development courses planned to roll out this year. Health insurance is definitely a complex issue. In 2025 moving to an ICHRA healthcare program allows for more employee choices of coverage with different price ranges and still includes employer contributions. Thank you again for your feedback.
