Can't think of one single thing

Cons

Management and HR are only there to line their pockets. They will protect each other even if what they are doing is awful and they know it

Thank you for your review. Leadership ensures that policies and expectations are upheld, while HR focuses on clear and consistent communication to guide compliance. Together, their goal is to address and resolve issues effectively, which requires cooperation from all parties involved. Thank you.

Pros

There is uncapped Commission. You can make a lot of money if you can figure out the game. You get 50% off your phone bill. They run a lot of contests throughout the year for cash prizes and free devices. Easy to get promoted. They have PTO, sick days, and unpaid leave. They also offer 401k. They offer volunteer overtime in other locations. While doing overtime they pay for travel, lodging, and meals. The company is steadily growing so you have opportunities to move to other states.

Cons

The health insurance plans they offer are unreasonable for most people. A lot of stores tend to be understaffed because if you don't have the drive, you don't make money. Sometimes you feel obligated to work overtime to hit your metrics. Someone turnover is high. The commission model changes every quarter and the levels increase a lot of the time. You deal with angry customers a lot. You must know all current promotions or you may lose money on your paycheck. If a customer returns something within 30 days, the commission you would get from the sale is taken away. You do not have a steady schedule.

Thank you for your review. Yes, maximizing pay plans allow for a great earning opportunity along with fun contests and prizes. Health insurance is definitely a complicated benefit that BeMobile is actively working to find more reasonable options. Our workforce is definitely fluid and we are working hard to grow retention. As we close 2024 we have our lowest open/hiring positions and lowest understaffed locations of the year. Reducing stress for employees is always a focus and hiring and retaining employees will remain a priority. Thank you.

Thank you for your review. Yes, there are changes to pay plan goals at times. The goal changes aim to align with Verizon's goals and strategic areas that are needed from BeMobile. The pay plan changes are tracked to ensure they perform well and many resources are provided to help employees find success with changes. Thank you.
