You can make a lot of money.

Cons

Management will force you to sell a glass and a liquid screen protector, even though the guest doesn't need one. Management is high all the time. Management doesn't train the employees and than gets upset when employees work together to come up with ideas that they will take credit for. They don't care about your work life balanace and will call you when youre not at work but if you do the same they throw a fit.

Good pay for someone with low education or someone who is content with a limited compensation. Excellent pay for a young person if they are successful.

Cons

Limited growth, internal promotion can result in a pay reduction if you are a top performer.

Thank you for your review and advice. Currently, there are a lot of growth opportunities at BeMobile. There are geographical limitations if a relocation is not a possibility. Pay plans for store leaders are built on the success of the store which includes the employees who work in the store. The leader is able to coach and train to drive the success of the store. This certainly requires hard work and diligence. The rewards of these leadership skills do result in pay plan optimization.
