Pros

Not a hard sales job. Good feedback from management. They really try to hype everyone up at the start of the morning shift to bump up sales.

Cons

Way to 'corporate'. The videos they have you watch at the monthly meetings are pretty terrible. They charge way too much for tv and computer cables. $30 for something you can get online for $3? Give me a break.

Pros

Great flexibility and place to work for people that need part time work. They do care about you in their own way.

Cons

Company is going down due to the saturation of the market in large retailers so they will soon be like circuit city.

Pros

Easy money for easy work. The majority of the staff are amateurs, if you have prior experience repairing computers, this job would be extremely easy for you.

Cons

Often times your superiors know less about the technical work necessary, however to push sales, they offer impossible services to unknowing customers. The techs are the ones in the end that have to deal with the dilemmas.
