Pros

Great snacks and free lunch on Tuesday Amazing people to work with above all else Happy hours with lots of drinks

Cons

Management within Client Success remind me of the bullies in high school. Disorganized and always pointing the finger at other departments. They lead with fear and punishment as opposed to incentive and reward.

So far in 2017, our Technical Support team has promoted over 20 agents. Our Client Success managers are some of the most tenured leaders in the company and rate favorably in our employee engagement surveys. We provide our management team with ongoing, leadership training and development and will be sure to reinforce the importance of employee motivation and recognition as per your feedback. Although we don’t claim to be perfect, we make strides every day to make BC the best place to work. Again, thanks for your feedback, we greatly value it. Pros

-Some of the nicest people you will ever meet, -Free lunch on Tuesdays if you work early enough to get there on time before its gone. -Free drinks and snacks -Nice office with a pool table, ping pong, and ps3.

Cons

-Office politics -Cliques -Not really what you but who you are buddy buddy with or kiss butt too. -U can get noticed by performance without playing politics but it is rare -If you are in Customer Support and depending on days off and hours you may miss a lot of the perks such as happy hour, company outings. -Ninjas are expected to adhere to strict attendance, metrics and ridiculous customer surveys. -Different departments are treated completely differently -Strict attendance rules like if you are a second late you are late. -Ninja pay rate was decreased and a new incentive plan "ninja trials" was implemented but never saw any action or use of the incentive plan. -Constantly using the excuse that they are startup company when it comes to certain perk yet-they run the company like any other call center. -There are a few vindictive people there if they don't think you fit with the "culture."

Pros

Some people were nice and pleasant to work with.

Cons

The executive team was horrible when I was there. Since I've left they've had almost 100% turnover so maybe things have improved?
