Pros

Stable company, fair wages, great benefits, opportunity to grow and develop. This place has a culture and a group of employees who are amazing - it makes you love coming to work every day!! I've been here MANY years and have moved around quite a bit - keeps things interesting and allows me to learn new things. I wouldn't want to work anywhere else!

Cons

We work while others play = the tourism industry requires this, so you have to decide if you're okay with it.

Careful, thoughtful preservation of a historic building and estate. Slightly better than average benefit package offset by weak wage and salary. The corporation itself seems strong. Long term stability.

Cons

Little room for advancement. Barely competitive wage and salary. Performance and experience are not tied to wage but a scale.

Family genuine and hard working. Pay and benefits decent. Training very good. Good at giving accolades for success and hard work.

Cons

There are protected people who have seen too much and can say and do anything they want without consequence. Many a great employee had to give up and leave.
