Pros

Nice people hired. Great food and facilities at training. Strategy of hiring young ASR's with dangling carrot of becoming a sales rep. Though few get promoted.

Cons

Poor pay. High turnover. (Check Cafepharma for specifics) Disorganized and outdated procedures. Management disconnect from field - unrealistic expectations. Not open to new ideas, unless they come from management.

Products Great - There are some smart and good people there - (that is also SAD) as they are starting to learn and RUN.

Cons

HR and Current Management - Absolutely Delusional (Talk about No Ethics) A lot of "HUSH" people at Mgmt level and up. If you aren't a "YES" man / woman - your days will be watched and they will take you down if they can.
