none Terrible leadership, they use you for your experience, never help you grow, training is almost non existent, management and director have no idea how to lead a team, manager is very knowledgeable but cannot lead a team at all.

Cons

everything about this place is terrible, you try to say something to a manager, director or leadership and you are blackballed, they put the blame on their team, leadership take no responsibility nor helps you grow. worst place to ever work for. go work at mcd's you have a better shot at happiness there.

The benefits and salaries were good

Cons

Executive leadership made some very bad decisions with little thought to how it would affect the front-line workers and middle management. People quit and were not replaced leaving those there with their own job to take care of and the workload of those not replaced.
