There was a good deal of camaraderie and the work was fun.

Cons

People promoted to positions of leadership tended to be the least productive and the most involved in kissing up to senior leadership and some of the senior leaders were fairly clueless.

Easy training. Pretty easy job but little up side potential.

Cons

Management does not support the development of reps. Very much a “Boiler Room” approach. Turn and burn. Hugh turnover. The comp plan has gotten worse every year. Lots of empty promises from management. They continue to tell us about new products that never materialize. They talk about a future IPO and profit sharing that had never happened. Very poor morale
