Coming from from the city (YAY), to the burbs (Puke), it is the right direction. At least the train is on time.

Cons

Not sure why they hired me. Why hire someone when you have no interest in what they bring to the company. But if you're a "Friend" of mgmt, you'll make bank ($350+/hr), and we have to listen to how great their life is. RUN!!!!!

- flexible PTO - a few great products

Cons

- terrible pay, removal of bonuses, SOME employees get a 3ish% raise every year - terrible communication from management team - lots of secrecy and smoke & mirrors around the future of jobs at this company - current strategy is firing all US/England talent to hire cheaper in India - "agile company" with a top-down approach - this is not a tech company. this is an acquisition company. the product is not important to the company. - September update: newly locked down computers so employees can't use any software beyond what is approved. Lack of trust. - no opportunities for promotion or growth unless someone above you leaves or gets fired (both very likely in this environment)

location is good, near highway, near restaurants

-You will do well if you are VP or above, but below that... -VP and above don't care about anything below, they only cater the top people and assume all people below have to do their works -toxic environment where the good people have left and the toxic people stay -bad health benefit- they keep saying lower cost but for EMPLOYEER not EMPLOYEES -demoralizing- top mgt don't care about it...they care about the quarterly surveys but no action.. -career opportunity : NONE, unless you are good in politic, covering all the bad stuffs so top mgt will not see, and pretend to be positive -stay away from this company, unless you have those skills above.. - many current employees are looking for jobs now.
