      Pros

      - No required work uniform, business casual attire. - Responsive portfolio managers - Good PTO - Bonuses (per lease at most properties, some end of year depending on ownership/budget) - Regular community activities (by portfolio and company-wide) - hands-on training and workshops, not just online click throughs, but those are available too. - Celebrations of birthdays/anniversaries - Ethical business practices (company prioritizes quality work) - Human Resources works quickly and is responsive to communication.

      Cons

      - Portfolio managers shift properties quite a bit, changes in management aren't always received well. - On-site record keeping between property managers isn't consistent, and can be disorganized (that's true of most places/companies though).

      Pros

      This company has taken care of me through restructures, offered me paths forward, and encouraged my growth. I feel genuinely supported by my team! I feel like I have access to all leadership, resources, and knowledge to help me succeed at my role. Feedback is given honestly and in real time. Insurance premiums are paid by the company; therapy only costs me a $30 copay each visit, score!

      Cons

      This varies team-by-team. My previous team made me feel like I needed to keep my cards close to the vest, track everything in writing, and cover my own actions. I recognize that the team I was on was NOT representative of the company culture, which encouraged me to leave that team.
