Pros

- Relaxed atmosphere - Little work to be done

Cons

- Ran like a dictatorship (forced vaccinations, forced in-office work 5-days per week) - There are inherent cultural biases particularly based on race. One race dominates the entire corporation, and job decisions are heavily influenced by this race. - Very slow-moving and outdated tech infrastructures in the company. Innovation is not particularly rewarded - Double standards - senior management's unchecked behavior as though they are above the rules - Financial situation in trouble, not profitable (see SEC filings)

Pros

People for most part are supportive; technology is innovative, and management has its eye on the future.

Cons

Does its technology qualify as renewable? Blooms management isn’t sure. This is emblematic of the main con - the company wants to expand its footprint and increase growth and development; however, it doesn’t know how to get itself there or what exactly management wants this company to be. Management keeps harkening back to its old and outdated procedures, rather than revamping and revising its approaches. This makes things so much more convoluted and complex than is necessary to get the job done.
