      Pros

      Goal Oriented- Bold Penguin is very goal oriented and they want to know your personal goals and ways they can help you achieve your goals within the company and personal goals. Bold Penguin believes in giving back to the community in which we live. We recently did a clothes and food drive at work. That was amazing! We just got done last week with a drive for back to school items. We have so much fun at work. There are so many positive personalities. Everyone works hard and we have fun doing it. We just got done with the office being remodeled and the place looks amazing. Management is always finding ways to help us grow as individuals and as a team as well as a company.

      Cons

      I really cant share any cons. With Bold Penguin, if you have a problem all you got to do is speak up and they will work with you to resolve the issue.

      Great people all the way around.

      Parking downtown is tough and lots across the street do not guarantee a spot.

      Pros

      People are friendly and culturally aware. There’s a free lunch on Mondays and a happy hour on Thursdays, usually with a potluck. Management is trying to create a positive work culture.

      Cons

      They start you at $10.00 an hour and if you have to pay to park downtown, you are going to resent that in a hurry. The lunch room isn’t big enough for everyone but you only get 30 minutes for lunch so it’s hard to go anywhere. The job isn’t very challenging and there’s at least three months lag time between performance and the payment of any incentives.
