Boldt reviews

This was a terrible place to work. They allow for individuals to create hostile working environments for those around them and do nothing about it. Upper management says that they care and value you but the reality is they do not. Boldt does not care about you and what you need to succeed. Individuals focus on how they can make themselves look better as opposed to working as a team. They take credit for other people’s ideas and work to make themselves work better and lay the individual who did all the work out to dry. They let the same people belittle and creat hostile working environments and do nothing about them. You pride yourselves on being a “team” what i experienced was nothing like that.

Lack of focused project procurement, safety is a great thing but Boldt cripples its field personnel with uneeded paperwork causing lack of productivity, top leadership needs to retire/move on and let the new leadership do new things, old way of doing business is gone Boldt needs to embrace that, ESOP really just replaced what the 401k match was so zero improvement on that benefit, seem to lack the ability to recognize good talent, salary is average and not consistent throughout the company.
