Although we have a great EHR team who tries to go the extra mile, the rest of the leadership is doing the opposite. HR has made severe cuts to benefits such as: - reducing who qualifies for PTO increases - less flexibility in work from home structure - terrible short term disability policy - no sick bank hours - worse health insurance - no clear career paths You would think that a healthcare company who states that they are trying to serve the under-served and allow its employees to thrive would follow its' own message. However, that is simply a smoke screen. Bottom line, the rest of the company doesn't care about you as an employee. If you work there for years, don't expect to be rewarded. It is pretty clear HR and the leadership who approved these policies are only providing the bare minimum legally required benefits in order to make a buck.

Team leads are a waste of payroll. Poor communication between training and the staff actually doing the job. THEY OUTSOURCED OUR JOBS TO THE PHILIPINNES!!! Just another AMERICAN company trying to save a penny yet the CEO makes 7 mil a year!!!
