Lots of potential for movement- relaxed auction house atmosphere

Pros

There is so much potential for movement at Bonhams- the preview worker program ends up supporting a ton of the Bonhams staff. The work environment is interesting and colleagues are friendly and welcoming. Less uptight than lots of other auction office spaces.

Cons

The company is a bit understaffed and operations are often frustrating. Lack of communication causes easy tasks to be harder than they should be. Also, generally positions are really underpaid.
