booj is still a small enough company that is not difficult to get to know your coworkers. Plus, everyone here is deeply passionate about the work they do that it is contagious. While there may be some late nights it is all worth it. Hard work does not go unrecognized here with managers and the partners alike. This is something that is often lacking in other organizations and it's nice to know you are appreciated. Beyond feeling appreciated, the management does care about everyone and are willing to work with you if you have personal/family issues to deal with. Another great thing about booj is that your opinion matters. It does not matter where you are in the company if you have a great idea you are encouraged to share it and people really listen.

I’ve worked at booj for several years and can honestly say I enjoy going to work every day. It's an energetic environment and everyone is encouraged to try new things to help move the company forward. No matter your position, if you have an idea the partners want to know about it. It’s really great that we get to work so closely with the partners of the company as well -- it really makes you feel like you have an impact on the success of the company and it gets you excited about the company’s future. Other pros: Laid back, high-energy work environment (and you can bring your dog!) You’re encouraged to be creative within your role Great company culture that encourages collaboration among employees/departments Work hard, play hard mentality
