Pros

A fast paced environment that is always pushing the boundaries of technology. When other companies are not growing we continue to grow and truly are a market leader in the technology world.

Cons

If you don't like a fast paced environment that is not only challenging but exciting then this could be a "con" for you.

Pros

Booj is a company to watch. From the employees to the management, everyone seems to have a drive to push the company forward and make their products better. What impresses me the most is how collaborative the culture is, and how much each of the employees trusts and relies on each other.

Cons

Company is young and growing, which comes with a certain amount of change in process to keep up with.

You can bring your dog to work. You get good at foosball. People are generally excited about creating a good product.

Changing old procedures can be difficult Sometimes the dogs poop on the floor It can get loud
