Pros

- international teams - great technical space - lots of opportunity to learn and grow - superb office and workspace - challenging tasks - good salary and benefits

Cons

- sometimes you can feel the extra influence of vertical management - teams are not incentivized enough for innovation and adopting new technologies - flow of decision taking/making can be cumbersome

Pros

Amazing team opening the office, comparably good remuneration package, self-learning opportunities

Cons

Micromanagement. The main office manager is afraid of competition promoting only those people who will praise him unconditionally and wont express any opinion different from his own. Development within the company is limited, it's way easier to get hired for higher role externally than internally, unless you are good friend or drinking partner of the CSM. Most of TL's have 0 knowledge about hospitality business and e-commerce, guidelines and product itself making them useless and incapable to support agents in the team. Management knows how to make beautiful promises but fails to keep them.
