      Pros

      Benefits and the equipments at the office are ready, whatever you need to get the jobs done. People culture is strong. Free online courses.

      Cons

      Where they burn out the talents. Unrealistic expectations. Top-down tasks you can't say no (if you say no, they'll think you're lacking) Everything is tracked and timed. Managers can't help much about workload because even the managers work over time.

      Each individual local office exhibits distinct characteristics, and policies, and is potentially influenced by variances in high-level management approaches. This results in a discernible conflict from the overarching culture and procedures established at the headquarters.
