-Flexible schedule and hours. -No micro managing.
Cons
-Incredibly boring, I'm serious, I could be in a store for 6 hours just walking back and forth in the aisle. -Lonely work environment, you are there on your own! -Little support from Target, sometimes they even had no idea who I was. -No advertising, therefore few customers even knew the company. I would only have a good sales day if a product was featured on a tv show or magazine. -Unrealistic sales goals, and this position is all about your sales. -Strict dress code. -A product would run out of stock and wouldn't be restocked for weeks on end. -Management rarely has the initiative to settle issues that would come up, "just deal with it" attitude. -Terrible communication. -Rare opportunities for advancement
