Good Benefits, RGM's help each other out.

Cons

Your 50 hours a week turn in to 70 no balance in personal life. If your short staffed your AC. expects you to stay if u can't get it covered even if that mean working over 20 hours in a day. Having to do work tasks on your days off. If your AC is working on your day off they expect you to jump and do work tasks even when its something that can wait till your on the clock. Oh wait were on call 24/7 but when u call them they don't answer! Wasted to many years working and caring about a company that didn't care that I left!

SOME good hard working people, can be fun at times if and when you have the right number of the right combination of people

Cons

NO work/life balance, thought acquisition by Border would make improvements in the region, but nothing is changed except for more lies & deception, recent "current area coach" reviews on here are one example, it's not what they say, they just want to improve their average ranking to look better in attempt to not scare you away, they fire the good people while giving raises to those who should be fired, stupid expectations, no one should have to put up with all the bull, could go on forever in this category, can't wait to find ANYTHING else for income even if it's a pay cut

As an AGM, literally all the overtime you could want.

Cons

Absolutely no work balance, and that "everyone held to the same standard" does not apply to you, you're held to a higher one.
