Pros

Will definitely spend time and effort into developing your skills and abilities, relatively easy to work around almost any availability.

Cons

Some work situations may require that management work 12-15 hour long shifts, sometimes without breaks. It can be extremely difficult to call in sick, even with documentation, without repercussion.
