Thank you for your honest feedback. B&R focuses on making sure our employees are paid competitively by analyzing market data on an annual basis. Our employees are our most valuable asset which is why we have implemented additional programs to help with personal and professional growth and our summer 36 hour work week is an incredible perk to offset additional work hours needed throughout the year to meet client demands. Stay tuned for many more perks and programs targeted to helping our new accountants such as yourself.

Cons

Technology and training are two areas the firm is trying to fix, but they are working on it.
