- Questionable senior management - Really questionable HR teams - A company that on the surface will shout until the cows come home about it's 'values' and how wonderful everything is, look a little closer and you'll discover that the organisation largely consists of a team of backstabbing individuals who will throw whoever they need to under a bus to climb a little closer to the top. Not an organisation that I'm interested in being a part, I've handed my notice in and it feels wonderfully liberating, I wish I'd done so sooner. If however, culture and genuine camaraderie aren't of major importance to you then it's not a bad gig.

- Relatively low salaries and little appetite to compete with the market - Performance review process that is completely scrapped and reinvented every year - Bought too many businesses without understanding how they work - Culture initiatives are too forced and ineffective, without listening to what people actually care about - Concerns are not listened to, and when they are they're dismissed (at best) - Too much focus on KPIs that are incompatible with the way some teams work - Restrictive work and workplace processes which stifle creativity and individuality - Some teams are valued more than others - No clarity over business changes, or financial performance - London is prioritised, and anyone outside of London feels almost punished - No desire to grow an identity within the industry - Some colleagues left without direct management, due to lack of forward planning - Culture of secrecy creates distrust
