Pros

Great training. Educational support. Appreciation of mental health. The social side is not just about alcohol, inclusive vibe. You will be forced to learn a wide array of skills, yet also be as good as a specialist.

Cons

Potentially lower wage than other careers/agencies. Pushes a certain way of thinking that may alienate some, for example, pro-quota style for hiring, more about equal outcome than equal opportunity, depending if you see that as a pro or con.
