      Was a great entry point into the industry, but not experiencing a strong desire of employee satisfaction or retention.

      Pros

      Great training. Slightly above average PTO, but 10 days of paid sick time on top of it. Solid community for those actually in the weeds of the accounts.

      Cons

      Not following through on plans, often. Salaries on a sliding scale, waiting until the point of burnout until slight promotions/pay increases come.

      Pros

      You have a CEO who wears a fun hat, so that means he's down with the young folks, I guess.

      Cons

      It's literally no different than all the other corporate agencies. You won't sleep, you won't eat, and you'll get thrown under the bus. You'll be graded not on your performance, but on how well you follow mundane processes that do literally nothing to produce quality work. Management is obsessed with adding new documents or micromanaging policies for everything they can. Just because employees aren't being yelled at doesn't mean the environment isn't toxic. You will not have a life here, They will not set you up for success.

      Introverted culture so can be quite laid back and good work life balance

      Cons

      The company used to hire primarily from Oxbridge and people were promoted fast, this has resulted in a legacy of those in higher positions with 0 other agency experience, no skill managing external experienced hires, and silver spoon attitude
