BrightEdge is all about bro culture perpetrated mostly by the leaders in charge. They bring people up who have no experience in managing and it really causes good people to leave.

The organization does a good job with training & development on the product as well as helping employees & clients keep up with the industry.

Cons

The locations outside of HQ in San Mateo need some TLC - lack of culture, lack of leadership presence, lack of career development unless you're in Sales. The benefits aren't on par with other technology companies at this stage of growth. The employee churn rate is high.
