None, not even going to waste my time lying in this box - the bad reviews are all telling the truth.

Cons

Where to begin? Culture. Micromanagement at the CEO all the way down to his direct reports. The company is completely toxic, if you are recruited in, my best advice is RUN. The CEO will fire anyone who doesn't follow his beliefs and his people leader does not think for himself so do not bother complaining to him about toxicity in the workplace - he does not care.

This place is awesome at coaching and fostering high achievement individuals, whatever your walk of life. The goals are high, so you must learn to have a strong work ethic and an endless hunger to achieve your goals. This company has pushed me beyond what I thought my limits were; it never lets me grow complacent. I am always growing and realizing that I am capable of much more!

Cons

Not for the faint of heart. If you are not ambitious, goal/results oriented, or have the desire to work with other success driven people, this may not be for you.
