      Pros

      - the management team is awesome, and has truly been focused on my career development - there is a clear path to promotion if you hit your numbers - you can go from SDR to AE in a year which is unheard in the Bay Area

      Cons

      - You have to have a strong work ethic. Expectations are attainable but also high. This can can create quick growth but also stress

      Pros

      I love the team at BrightEdge. They are the best part about working there. Everyone is so collaborative and supportive! Everyone strives to be their best and I find that really motivating. There are no politics, it’s all about being yourself. BE is also really thinking out career paths for all departments. Their goal is to make BE a place you can spend your entire career at. There are so so many examples of people starting out in entry level positions and working their way up! Being a start up there’s an opportunity to wear a lot of hats. I really enjoy the different aspects of the biz I’m exposed to and the different projects I get to work on.

      Cons

      There is some turnover but I think that’s natural for all tech companies in the Bay - lots of companies stealing top talent! And there is no 401k matching right now.

      - co-workers who are also friends - super supportive colleagues - monthly company engagement activities - flexible work hours - professional career growth is encouraged - some execs are super awesome and transparent - free lunch on Fridays - awesome and relevant product - beautiful HQ campus

      Cons

      - some execs have large egos - poor communication from upper level down to mid/entry - the implementation of new processes has slowed everything down and introduced too many stakeholders in simple tasks - PTO and sick leave lumped together
