      People in corporate get promoted and make high salaries. Sales is always getting promoted. Everyone else is left to the wind...

      - A great product, which is easy to stand behind - The ability to work with very smart people - Truly great coworkers and friends - Inclusive environment, which leads to cross departmental relationships - Great upper management - Awesome Growth Opportunities

      -Okay pay -Some nice people -Friday lunch & Stocked Kitchen -Interesting product - Somewhat autonomous work

      Cons

      - Hiring seems somewhat random in terms of cultural fit - as in there is no strategy -Forget about any promotion opportunities - their "People" executive is a joke and has done literally nothing to improve the culture or increase promotion opportunities. Had a glimmer of hope that unfortunately never panned out. - No 401k match -PTO is lumped with sick leave -Shady payroll practices - be prepared to have to constantly monitor if you're being paid correctly - Culture is micromanaged and leadership refuses to acknowledge the HUGE turnover rate
