Pros
I'm fairly new to BrightEdge and I can honestly say that this is by far the BEST company I've worked for throughout my sales career. The list of Pros are endless but here are a few that really make BrightEdge a great a place to work: - Training and Support: BrightEdge has a very defined training program and provides you with all the support that you'll need to ensure your success - Leadership: TRUE leadership - They are invested in YOU! - Culture: I love that the culture is highly competitive but not cut-throat - It's rare to find a place where you can be a Top Performer and know that everyone is truly happy for your success and achievements - Opportunities: It's great to know that there are a ton of growth opportunities - Everything is earned, so if you're consistently doing well then you're on the path to move upward All in all, BrightEdge is a very rewarding place to work if you're hardworking and willing to go above and beyond to succeed. You'll have everything you need to get you there as long as you're putting in the time and effort!

I can't think of any Cons really! I'm pretty satisfied with the way things are going with the company so far.
